Tracking information and order confirmations are provided with each order at the time of shipment.

When Can I Expect My Order?

Expect your order to leave our establishment in 1 – 3 business days. Delivery time is generally 3–5 business days from ship date.

Any orders received on a weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.  

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team to initiate a return.

  2. Packaging and Shipping: Package the item securely and ship it to the return address provided by our customer support team.

  3. Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

  4. Refund Processing: Once the item is verified, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exceptions

  • Personalized or Custom Items: Due to the nature of these items, they are non-refundable.

  • Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refund.

Please note: Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
